الانماط القيادية وفق نظرية الشبكة الادارية لمديري المؤسسات الصحية العمومية بولاية المدية ومساهمتها في تفعيل مراحل ادارة الازمات -دراسة ميدانية-
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على الانماط القيادية وفق نظرية الشبكة الادارية ،وأثرها في تفعيل مراحل ادارة الازمات خاصة في ظل ازمة كوفيد 19 ،وذلك من خلال دراسة حالة في المؤسسات الصحية لولاية المدية ، حيث تم توزيع (65)استبانة منها (40 ) استمارة صالحة للدراسة ،وتم اعتماد المنهج التحليلي الوصفي المدعم باسلوب دراسة الحالة، وبالاعتماد على برنامج spss،وجاءت النتائج عموما مطابقة لفرضية البحث ، فقد تبين وجود علاقة ارتباط وأثر معنويين بين النمط القيادي و ادارة الازمات، This study aims to identify the concept of Leadership styles according to the theory of the administrative network, and its impact on the crisis management among workers in light of the Covid 19 pandemic, through a case study of the Health institutions in the Wilayat of Medéa, where (65) questionnaires were distributed, of which (40) were valid for study, and the analysis was done using The descriptive analytical approach supported by the case study method and the SPSS program, and the results indicated the existence of a statistically significant effect of Leadership styles on the crisis management
