Résumé: تعتبر الجزائر في مرحلة النهضة الاقتصادية في كافة المجالات سواء الإنتاجية الإنشائية و الصناعية ،و بما أن السياسة الاقتصادية في الجزائر ترتكز على المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة،باعتبارها المحرك الأساسي في إدارة المشاريع التنموية ،ارتأينا أن نركز على إدارة الوقت في المشاريع الإنشائية و الإنتاجية لمعالجة الناخرات التي تعاني منها مختلف المشاريع ، و التي يترتب عنه اثأر اقتصادية كبيرة، سواء من ناحية ارتفاع تكلفة الانجاز و تأخر مواعيد التسليم، و لهذا فان إدارة الوقت من أهم الموضوعات التي يتناولها علم الإدارة اليوم،نظرا لأهمية مورد الزمن وضرورة استغلاله استغلالا أمثلا في كافة الميادين،و خاصة في إدارة أزمنة المشروعات على اختلاف أنواعها و يجب من أجل إدارة فعالة للوقت ، إتباع نماذج شبكات الأعمال التي تمكن إدارة أي مشروع من القيام بوظائفها على أكمل وجه،كــ: التخطيط و الرقابة على زمن المشروع Algeria is in the process of economic renaissance in all fields, both structural and industrial.
