Résumé: كر التاريخي في العهد الحفصي دورا بازرافي إرساء معالم منهجية وفكرية جديدة، لما يوافق الإيدولوجية السياسية والمرحلة التاريخية التى تعرفها بلاد المغرب بعد الانتكاسة الحضارية والفكرية التي اعقبت سقوط الموحدين، و تفكك الاسلامي، الكيان الحضاري بالاندلس وترنخ معالمه التاريخية والجغرافية . ال حاولمتتبعا ً فيه آثار الحفصيين هذا الحطام بعث تاريخه، في خضم كشيزر وسادتهاكزا ً على حكم ابى فارس غزيز والمستنصر، لما تاتي له من مادة خبرية وشواهدمر ج الاطر الحفصية عبر الزمانعينة، اقام عليها مصنفه بمنهجية حولية. كما إمتد خار والمكان، ليلملم بتاريخه شدرات من تاريخ الشرق والغرب في أهم المفاضل التاريخية.
