دور القرض الرفيق في دعم القطاع الفلاحي دراسة ميدانية بنك الفلاحة و التنمية الريفية وكالة 292 بغرداية

Résumé: هدفت هده الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع القرض الرفيق في دعم القطاع الفلاحي حيث يقوم البنك بالاهتمام نوعا ما في دعم الفلاحين للتغلب على كافة المشاكل و العراقيل التي تواجهه، و من بين الإعانات الممنوحة للفلاحين تقديم القرض الرفيق من طرف البنك الذي يعتبر كآلية من آليات الدعم التي تمنحها الدولة ، ومن هذا المنطلق تم طرح إشكالية الدراسة والمتمثلة في طرح التساؤل الرئيسي التالي : ما مدى مساهمة القرض الرفيق في تمويل القطاع الفلاحي و التنمية الريفية بغرداية ؟ وللإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة فقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري أما الجانب التطبيقي تم الاعتماد على الأساليب الاحصائية لدراسة القرض الرفيق في دعم القطاع الفلاحي وذلك بإختيار بنك الفلاحة و التنمية الريفية وكالة 494 بغرداية لإجراء الدراسة التطبيقية ، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها أن القرض الرفيق يساهم في دعم القطاع الفلاحي بكل الآليات والوسائل الممكنة كالتمويل بالآلات الإنتاجية والمواد اللازمة ..وغيرها، وهذا ما قد يساهم بنمو وتطوير القطاع الفلاحي بالجزائر والنهوض به إلى أعلى مستويات من المساهمة في الاقتصاد الوطنيThis study aimed to shed light on the reality of the companion loan in support of the agricultural sector Where the bank takes some interest in supporting farmers to overcome all the problems and obstacles they face, and among the subsidies granted to farmers is the provision of the companion loan by the bank, which is considered as one of the support mechanisms that Granted by the state, and from this standpoint the problem of the study was raised, represented by the following main question: What is the extent of the contribution of the companion loan in financing the agricultural sector and rural development in Ghardaia? In order to answer the problem of the study, the descriptive and analytical method was relied on in the theoretical side. As for the application side, statistical methods were relied upon to study the companion loan in support of the agricultural sector by choosing the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development and Agency 292 in Ghardaia to conduct the applied study, and the study concluded with results, the most important of which is that The companion loan contributes to supporting the agricultural sector with all possible mechanisms and means, such as financing with productive machinery and the necessary materials ... and others, and this may contribute to the growth and development of the agricultural sector in Algeria and its advancement to the highest levels of contribution to the national economy .
