قيصرية في عهد الملك يوبا الثاني: دراسة عامة (25 ق م- 23م)

Résumé: نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على واحدة من أعرق المدن الجزائرية تاريخا وحضارة ألا وهي مدينة قيصرية، العاصمة السياسية والثقافية للملك يوبا الثاني، قصد إظهار أهمية المدينة والمنشئات التي تم تشييدها في عهده، وهي اليوم موروث ثقافي وشاهد مادي على مجمل النشاطات الفكرية والتاريخية والعلمية لتلك الحقبة. أما بالنسبة للمنهج المتبع فهو المنهج التاريخي الوصفي؛ فطبيعة الموضوع تتطلب استعمال هذين المنهجين، للوصول إلى النتائج المرجوة من الدراسة. والتي خلصت إلى أن مدينة قيصرية شهدت في فترة حكم يوبا الثاني تشيد العديد من المنشآت العمرانية، وتبادلات ثقافية مهمة ومختلفة، حتى أصبحت تنافس العديد من المدن في الشرق والغرب، وكانت واحدة من المدن التي ازدهرت آنذاك في حوض البحر الأبيض المتوسط. Through this research paper, we shed light on one of the most old Algerian cities in history and civilization, which is the city of Caesarea, the political and cultural capital of King Yuba II, to show the importance of the city and the facilities that were built, which is today a cultural heritage and a material witness to the overall intellectual, historical and scientific activities of that era . About the method used, it is a descriptive-historical method. The nature of the subject requires the use of these two approaches in order to achieve the desired research results. As a result, it was concluded that the city of Caesarea witnessed during the reign of Juba II the construction of many urban facilities and various cultural exchanges until it became competitive with many cities in the east and west, it was one of the cities that flourished at that time in the Mediterranean basin.
