مستوى الدخل وعلاقته بالحراك الاجتماعي -عرض دراسة ميدانية-

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الدخل بوصفه المتغير الأول الذي ننطلق منه لمعرفة مستوى تأثيره على مسألة الحراك الاجتماعي لدى فئة المعلمين بوصفه المتغير الثاني. تتكئ الدراسة الحالية على ثلاثة فرضيات. وباستخدام المنهج الجدلي المادي والمنهج البنيوي التكويني. تم استخدام أداة الملاحظة غير المباشرة والمقابلة الحرة، بتطبيقها على عينة غير احتمالية قصدية تمثلت في معلمي الطور الابتدائي المثبتين تضمنت 16 مفردة، وقد أجريت الدراسة الميدانية بمنطقة -ماسرة- بولاية مستغانم. تحققت النتائج التالية: أن دخل عينة الدراسة تحسن لكن وضعها الاجتماعي بقي محافظا على ميزة الثبات، ثانيا الأجر الذي تتلقاه فئة المعلمين لا ينتج أية مظاهر أو دلالات رمزية معينة وانتهاء نقول أن الحراك الاجتماعي لدى فـئة المعلمين هو مجـرد حـراك وهــمي من منطلق أنه نتاج لمصادر الرزق الإضافي وليس للأجر الذي تتقاضاه الفئة المذكورة. This research aims to find out the relationship between income and social mobility among teachers. The current study proceeds from three hypotheses. Using the dialectical material approach and the structural structural approach. The tool of indirect observation and free interview was used, by applying it to an intentional non-probability sample, which are the teachers of the fixed primary stage, which included 16 items. The field study was conducted in the Masra, Mostaganem city. The following results were achieved: The income of the study sample improved, but its social status maintained the stability advantage. Secondly, the wage received by the category of teachers does not produce any specific manifestations or symbolic connotations, and in conclusion, we say that the social movement of the category of teachers is just a fictitious social mobility.
