Résumé: Through the nations interesting in preserving their documentaries including all their various activities which they practise sience they were ,conscious of the crucial role of these in the field of administrative organism and perfection of activities, besides , they are source of history, judgement and an important pillar of society. At present , the nation try to preserve their existance in this globalization expecially the developping nation , and and they can realisze this only by giving more importance to their archieve’s management in order to preserve and get more benifits in each period of documentary’s age, for first of all to archif the company’s objectives to ready for developpment and prosperation , besides to benefit the scientific research since these documents are conserved as a heritage that is carried from generation to another and a witness of period’s events. We’ve tried through this study to emphasise on both sides of archive’s management scientific and administrative side. To use the value of archive, this study was done on wilaya of Souk Ahras; we’ve leant on collecting data to choose suitable hypothesis that are pre-derived and we’ve arrived to: *the company managers said that they are so interested on archive management and its eminent role to realize their purposes but this opinion need what they prove it in reality. * these managers rely the actual situation of archives to the deficiency in its administrative side (equipment, budget, specialists…) by 90.54% they see by 87.83% the necessity to recruit specialists in archives 43.24% of administrations that we’ve studied, there are no shelves, equipments or even archivists . * the recruitment of specialists in bibliography is a new measure there, the scientific treatment of archives is continuing the role of responsible organisms is appeared scientifically and administratively in making emphasize on archives .
