توظيف التراث العربي القديم في رواية علي بابا والأربعون حبيبة لعز الدين جلاوجي
Résumé: Heritage is a fundamental element in shaping the Arab identity, as it represents a bridge connecting the nation to its ancient past, and it also contributes to confronting external challenges that seek to obliterate its features. On the other hand, heritage is an important factor in enriching literary and creative texts. Therefore, novelists have been keen to employ it in its various forms in their it works, due to the authenticity and cultural depth it adds, which enhances the value of the novel and makes more connected to reality and identity. The novel "Ali Baba and the Forty Lovers" by Ezzedine Jalouji is a prominent model in this context, as the writer invested in the elements of Arab heritage in a creative manner that embodies his interaction with the cultural heritage, and reproduces it in a contemporary narrative form. From this standpoint, our research came, seeking to uncover the mechanisms for evoking heritage in this novel, and its most important forms employed in it.
