تنمية الكفاءات الفردية كمدخل للتحسين المستمر - مقاربة نظرية –

Résumé: جعلت التحولات والتغيرات السريعة والشديدة الحاصلة في عالم الأعمال من الموارد البشرية، والكفاءات الفردية والإبداع، والحاجة إلى التغيير واكتساب المعرفة، والاستثمار فيها، وتبني سياسات ومفاهيم جديدة تعتمد على مقاربة تنمية الكفاءات الفردية والاهتمام بالرأس المال البشري والفكري بدل الرأس المال المادي، مطلبا هاما لجميع المنظمات. ذلك أن جميع المنظمات العامة أو الخاصة أضحت معنية بالتنافس واعتماد الإستراتيجيات والسياسات لتحقيق الاستثمار في المورد البشري، والحفاظ عليه وتنميته وتحفيزه، ليكون قادرا على مواجهة هاته التحولات والتحديات الجديدة. Abstract: The rapid and severe transformations and changes taking place in the business world have made human resources, individual competencies and creativity, the need for change and the acquisition of knowledge, and investment in them, and the adoption of new policies and concepts based on the approach to developing individual competencies and paying attention to human and intellectual capital instead of material capital, an important requirement for all organizations. . So that all public or private organizations have become concerned with competition and the adoption of strategies and policies to achieve investment in human resource, and to preserve, develop and stimulate it, to be able to face these new transformations and challenges.
