النمذجة القياسية للتشغيل في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2017.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لمحاولة وضع نموذج قياسي يوضح مدى استجابة بعض مؤشرات الاقتصاد الكلي المتمثلة في (الاستثمار المحلي، الانفاق الحكومي، التضخم، إجمالي الناتج الداخلي) لأثر التشغيل في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990 - 2017 ، بالاعـتماد على طريقـة التكـامل المشترك باستخدام برنامج Eviews10 ، حيث توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين الانفاق الحكومي والتشغيل، وعلاقة سلبية بين التضخم والتشغيل في الجزائر وهو عكس افتراض النظرية الاقتصادية، أما النموذج المناسب الذي يربط التشغيل في الجزائر بالمتغيرات المستقلة في الفترة المدروسة هو الانفاق الحكومي والتضخم (المستوى العام للأسعار). The aim of this study is to develop a standard model showing to what extent some macroeconomic indicators like (domestic investment, government expenditure, inflation, GDP) have responded to the impact of employment in Algeria during the period 1990-2017 . Based on the method of joint integration and using Eviews10; the results show that there is a positive relationship between government expenditure and employment and a negative relation between inflation and employment in Algeria, which is the opposite of the economic theory. The appropriate model that links employment in Algeria to the independent variables in the studied period is government spending and inflation.
