أثر التدخل الأجنبي في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي على الأمن الوطني الجزائري

Résumé: مـلخـص: تجسد دول منطقة الساحل الإفريقي رقعة جغرافية ملائمة لتفسير معادلات التنافس والصراع الحاصل بين قوى المجتمع الدولي وحتى القاري الإفريقي، بحيث تعتبر دول هذه المنطقة أحد أبرز جبهات الصراع المصلحي الدولي في إفريقيا وأحد أهم جبهات التنافس الدولي في ظل تحديد معالم جبهات الصراع الدولي في المناطق المتبقية عبر العالم، وعلى هذا الأساس سنحاول من خلال هذا المقال تسليط الضوء على الحقائق الكامنة وراء سياسات الدول الراغبة في التمحور حول الأنظمة السياسية لمنطقة الساحل الإفريقي، وأثر ذلك على الأمن الوطني الجزائري. Abstract: The countries of the African Sahel region embody a geographical area suitable for interpreting the equations of competition and conflict occurring between the forces of the international community and even the African continent, so that the countries of this region are considered one of the most prominent fronts of international interest conflict in Africa and one of the most important fronts of international competition in light of defining the features of the international conflict fronts in the remaining regions across The world, and on this basis, we will try through this article to shed light on the facts behind the policies of countries wishing to pivot around the political systems of the African Sahel region, and the impact of this on Algerian national security.
