الصحة النفسية والسيكوسوماتية وعلاقتها بالأداء المهني لدى القابلات (دراسة ميدانية بمصلحتين للولادة بأم البواقي)

Résumé: استهدف البحث تقييم الصحة النفسية والسيكوسوماتية وعلاقتها بالأداء المهني لدى فئة القابلات. أما الأدوات التي تم استخدامها فهي: مقياس الصحة العامة لـ"غولدبيرج ووليامز"سنة1991 واستبيان "الأداء المهني: الذي صممته الباحثة. وطبقت أدوات البحث على 51 قابلة بمصلحتين للولادة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: توجد علاقة بين الصحة النفسية والأداء المهني، وتوجد فروق في مستويات الصحة النفسية لدى القابلات لصالح ذوات سنوات الخبرة المهنية الطويلة. The research aims at assessing mental and psychosomatic health and its relation to the professional performance of midwives. The tools used are the Goldberg and Williams Public Health Index in 1991 and the Professional Performance Questionnaire designed by the researcher. The study tools were applied to 51 midwives With two services for childbirth. The study concluded To the most important results, : There is a relationship between Mental and psychosomatic health and professional performance, There are differences in Mental and psychosomatic health levels of midwives in favor of years of long professional experience Keywords : mental health, psychosomatic symptoms, occupational performance, midwives.
