رأس المال الفكري ودوره في تحقيق وتنمية ريادة الأعمال –دراسة حالة مؤسسة الإسمنت لافارج بالمسيلة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أهمية رأس المال الفكري في تحقيق وتنمية ريادة الأعمال، فقد توجه مؤخرا اهتمام أصحاب المؤسسات والمسيرين إلى محاولة استقطاب المهارات البشرية القادرة على الوصول إلى أفكار إبداعية واكتشاف طرق مبتكرة لإنتاج وتقديم منتجات رائدة تمكنها من تحقيق أهدافها الاستراتيجية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة وتوزيعها على إطارات وموظفي المؤسسة محل الدراسة من أجل جمع البيانات اللازمة ومعالجتها ببرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي وهو المناسب لعرض أهم المفاهيم الخاصة برأس المال الفكري وكيفية صناعته في ظل اقتصاد المعرفة لتحقيق التميز والريادة في الأعمال، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة تأثير قوي بين رأس المال الفكري والريادة في الأعمال بمؤسسة الإسمنت لافارج –المسيلة، وأن هذه الأخيرة تعتمد على رأس المال الفكري لتحقيق الريادة في الأعمال مما سمح لها في تحسين أدائها الاقتصادي. This study aims to determine the importance of intellectual capital in achieving and developing entrepreneurship. Recently, the interest of institutional owners and managers has been directed to trying to attract human skills capable of reaching creative ideas and discovering innovative ways to produce and present pioneering products that enable them to achieve their strategic goals. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the executives and employees of the institution under study in order to collect the necessary data and process them with the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The study relied on the descriptive approach, which is appropriate to present the most important concepts of intellectual capital and how to manufacture it in light of the knowledge economy to achieve excellence and leadership in business. The study concluded that there is a strong influence relationship between intellectual capital and entrepreneurship in the Lafarge Cement Corporation - M'sila, and that it relies on intellectual capital to achieve entrepreneurship in business, which allowed it to improve its economic performance.
