دور الجباية البيئية في تكريس البعد البيئي للتنمية المستدامة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الجباية البيئية في تكريس البعد البيئي للتنمية المستدامة، حيث يتم التطرق لمفهوم كل من الجباية البيئية والتنمية المستدامة ليتم في الأخير تبيان دور الجباية البيئية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة باعتبارها إحدى أهم الآليات المستحدثة لحماية البيئة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن الجباية البيئية تساهم في تحقيق البعد البيئي للتنمية المستدامة وذلك باعتبارها أداة تحفيزية وردعية محافظة على البيئة، كما تم الخروج ببعض التوصيات الكفيلة بتحقيق الغايات المرجوة. The aim of this study is ti hilight the role of environmental taxation in the embedding of the environmental dimension of sustainable development, where the concept of both environmental levy and sustainable development will be addressed to finally demonstrate the role of environmental levy in achieving sustainable development as one of the most important mechanisms developed for the environment protection. The most important results are that environmental achieving the environmental dimension of environmental development as a catalytic and deterrent conservative tool, and some recommendations were made to achieve the desired goals
