النخب المحلية في الجزائر

Résumé: أتى مفهوم النخب عند رواده الأوائل بفكرة مفادها محاولة دحض تلك النظريات المؤسسة و القائمة على النظرة الطبقية التي تقسم المجتمع، فالمجتمعات لا تفرز طبقات بقدر ما تنتج نخبا يكون لها السبق في التحكم السياسي و في السيطرة على دوائر الحكم المختلفة و الى الآن لازالت المنظورات التي تناولت مفاهيم النخبوية و مسألة التمايز و الترقي الاجتماعي ظاهرة متجذرة بمعطياتها و عنصرا فاعلا في دراسات الاجتماع و الفقه السياسي باعتبارها محركا أساسيا للعديد من الانساق المختلفة .ولعل ابرز اشكال النخبة التي تم تناولها هي تلك الفئات الفعالة التي عرفتها المجتمعات المحلية في انساقها الانثروسوسيولوجية بحكم طبيعة العلاقة بين البنى التقليدية و الفواعل الحديثة التي تتعايش ضمن مجتمع واحد لازالت النخب المحلية عاملا اساسيا فيه و مفهوما ضروريا لفهم النسق الاجتماعي و عمليات التضامن و الحكم و اعادة انتاج الوجاهة و السلطة باختلاف اشكالها روحية سياسية اجتماعية ..الخ او بشكلها المادي و المعنوي . Abstract: The concept of the elites came to its early pioneers with the idea ,that trying to rebut those founding and existing theories.It's based on the class view that divides society.So, societies do not produce classes ,as much as, it produces elites that have a head start in political control and in controling , the different constituencies of government.So far, the perspectives, which addressed the concepts of elitism and the issue of differentiation and social advancement have been still, a phenomenon rooted in its data and an active element in sociology studies and political jurisprudence. As a basic engine for many different formats . Perhaps the most prominent form of elite has been addressed, are the effective catigories, that local communities have known, in its anthrosociological form ,under the nature of the relationship between traditional structures and modern actors ,that coexist within one society, local, elites ,are still a key factor in it. It is an essential concept for understanding the social form and processes of solidarity, governance ,reproduction of relevance and authority, in its various forms, spiritual, political, and social… or in its physical and moral forms.
