دراسة مقارنة للسياسة الخارجية الجزائرية ـــــــــ المغربية تجاه إفريقيا فترة 1999ــــ2019

Résumé: ملخص: يكتسي موضوع السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية ــــــ المغربية على الصعيد الإفريقي قيمة علمية بالغة ألأهمية حيث يتمحور هذا الموضوع في القيام بدراسة مقارنة لإبراز جهود و نشاط السياسة الخارجية لكل من الجزائر و المغرب تجاه إفريقيا. هذه السياسة التي كانت ترمي أساساً إلى تأدية دور فعال في القارة الإفريقية رغم العواقب و العراقيل التي واجهت البلدين و دفعت بهما لصنع آليات و إستراتيجيات انتهت بخلق علاقة تنافسية وتسابقيه هادفة لتجسيد الاستقرار الإقليمي و القاري. Abstract: The subject of Algerian-Moroccan foreign policy has a great importance and value on the African level, as it is the center of a comparative study to highlight the activities and efforts of both Algeria and Morocco towards Africa. This policy, which aimed basically to play an active role in the African continent despite the difficulties and hardships which faced the two countries and led them to make mechanisms and strategies that resulted in a competitive relationship for the sake of a regional as well as a continental stability.
