واقع متطلبات ضمان الجودة في الجامعة الجزائرية: دراسة تقييمية لميدان الحكامة حسب المرجع الوطني لضمان الجودة الداخلية بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف -ميلة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مدى الالتزام بميدان الحكامة بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف- ميلة الذي يشكل متطلبا من متطلبات ضمان الجودة حسب المرجع الوطني لضمان الجودة الداخلي، حيث تم التطرق إلى ماهية ضمان الجودة ومتطلباتها، والتعرف بشكل مفصل على ميدان الحكامة، من ثم إجراء التقييم الذاتي لهذا الميدان والتعرف على مدى التزام المؤسسة بتطبيق حقوله ومراجعه. حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة، وللوصول إلى النتائج المرجوة تم الاعتماد على المقابلة المهيكلة التي أجريت مع أهم الجهات المعنية بالدراسة في المركز الجامعي والذي كان عددهم (13) بمجموع 101 سؤال قسمت حسب نوع السؤال والجهة المعنية به، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المركز الجامعي محل الدراسة لديه اهتمام والتزام مقبول إلى جيد بتحقيق متطلبات الحكامة التابع لمتطلبات ضمان الجودة الداخلية. Abstract:This study aimed to evaluate the extent of commitment to the field of governance the Abdelhafid BouSouf University Center - Mila, which constitutes a quality assurance requirement according to the national reference for internal quality assurance, which constitutes a requirement of quality assurance. The nature of quality assurance and its requirements were addressed, and the field of governance was identified in detail, then a self-assessment of the field of governance was conducted and the extent of the institution's commitment to applying its fields and references was identified. The descriptive analytical approach was used in the study, and to reach the desired results, the structured interview was conducted with the most important parties concerned with the study at the university center, whose number was (13) with a total of 101 questions divided according to the type of question and the party concerned. The study concluded that the university center under study has an acceptable to good interest and commitment to achieving the governance requirements of internal quality assurance requirements.
