Résumé: Popular heritage is one of the fundamental pillars upon which society relies, shaping its cultural identity. Many authors have intentionally employed and solidified Popular heritage within their literary works. The novel, being an exceptionally open and accommodating literary genre, serves as a fertile ground for the exploration of cultural heritage. In this study, we endeavor to examine the utilization of he Popular ritage and its prominent manifestations in "Ras Al-Mahna," a novel penned by Aziz Din Jallouli. Our aim is to unveil the multidimensional aesthetic and intellectual aspects of both tangible and intangible heritage, while accentuating the underlying meanings and objectives embedded within this literary masterpiece.
