الحق في التعليم في الميثاق العربي لحقوق الانسان

Résumé: ملخص يتمتع الفرد بعديد الحقوق الأساسية التي تكفلها له الاتفاقيات الدولية العالمية والاقليمية ، وكذا القوانين الداخلية لمختلف الدول، ولعل من أبرز الحقوق التي كفلتها التشريعات السالفة الذكر الحق في التعليم الذي يعد أهم الحقوق الثقافية للفرد، فهذا الحق يعد عنصرا أساسيا لتحقيق السلام الدائم والتنمية المستدامة، وهو وسيلة لا غنى عنها لإدراك حقوق اخرى. ويقع على الدول الالتزام باحترام الحق في التعليم من خلال السهر على توفيره وجعله مجانيا وإجباريا، ويعد الميثاق العربي لحقوق الانسان أحد الصكوك الدولية التي اهتمت بهذا الحق، وكرسته في نصوصها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الميثاق العربي لحقوق الإنسان، الحق في التعليم، إجبارية التعليم، مجانية التعليم. Abstract The individual enjoys many basic rights, which are guaranteed by several international and regional treaties, as well as the domestic laws of different countries. One of the most prominent rights guaranteed by the aforementioned legislations is the right to education, which is the most important cultural rights of the individual. This right is an essential element for achieving lasting peace and sustainable development; it is an indispensable means of realizing other rights. States are required to respect and provide free and compulsory education. The Arab Charter on Human Rights is one of the international instruments that have recognized the right of education, and has enshrined it in its text.
