استخدام تقنية تحليل مغلف البيانات " Data Envelopment Analysis " لقياس كفاءة أداء الوكالات البنكية

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية استخدام تقنية تحليل مغلف البيانات " DEA" لقياس كفاءة أداء الوكالات البنكية باعتبارها أحد أهم الأساليب الكمية الحديثة المستخدمة في مجال تقييم الأداء و تشخيص أسباب الاختلافات الموجودة بين الوحدات المتجانسة، فأسلوب تحليل مغلف البيانات هو أسلوب كمي، يستخدم البرمجة الخطية لتحديد الكفاءة النسبية لوحدات اتخاذ القرار التي تستخدم نفس المدخلات و تنتج نفس المخرجات وتعمل في نفس الظروف، و هذا من أجل تحديد الوحدات الكفؤة و الوحدات غير الكفؤة، و لقد تم توظيف هذا الأسلوب في جميع المجالات خصوصا في قطاع الخدمات و التي تعد البنوك أحد مكوناته، و اتجهت هذه الدراسة إلى تطبيق هذه التقنية على 15 وكالة بنكية تنشط في الجزائر العاصمة و التابعة لأحد أهم البنوك العمومية بهدف تحليل الاستغلال الأمثل للإمكانيات المتوفرة لدى كل وكالة و مدى وجود اختلافات في الأداء بين هذه الوكالات. الكلمات المفتاحية: تقييم الأداء، تحليل مغلف البيانات، الكفاءة التقنية، الوكالات البنكية. Abstract: This study aims to show the main use of the“ Data Envelopment Analysis” techniques to measure the performance of banking agencies, which is considered as one from the main new quantity technique which is used in the performance evaluation field and diagnosis the existing differences causes between the homogenous units. The technique of “ DEA” is quantitative technique uses the linear programming to determinate the relative efficiency of decision taking units which uses the same inputs and products the same out puts and works in the same conditions in order to identify the efficient and the non efficient units. This technique is employed in all the fields especially in services sector which is one from the most important components of banks. This study aimed to apply this technique about 15 active banking agencies in Algiers which is affiliated to one of the main public banks in order to analysis the optimal exploitation to the available possibilities to each agency and how there are differences in performance between these agencies.
