إمكانية السياحة المحلية بالجزائر من المنظور التكنولوجي – بين الواقع و المأمول-

Résumé: الملخَّـص: أضحت المعلوماتية عصب صناعة السياحة وساحاتها الأمامية للتنافسية، إذ عادة ما يتصفّح السائح الشبكة العنكبوتية للتعرّف على الأماكن السياحيّة، والظروف المناخيّة، وأسعار الطيران والفنادق، ومواعيد المواصلات العامة وأمكنتها وأسعارها، قبل التوجّه إلى الوجهة السياحية التي يريدها. أضف إلى ذلك أن المعلوماتيّة أصبحت مصدراً مهماً للحصول على الخرائط وأرقام هواتف شركات السياحة والشرطة والسفارات وعناوينها، وهي أشياء يتكئ عليها السائح في رحلته. كما أصبحت الدعاية والترويج الإلكترونيّات عنصراً مهماً في صناعة السياحة المعاصرة ككل وبالتالي المحلية منها، مما نقل صناعة السياحة إلى طور اقتصادي جديد يقوم على تكنولوجيا المعلومات فأصبحت تعرف من خلالها بـ "السياحة الإلكترونية"، وفي هاته الورقة البحثية سيتم التعرف على ماهية السياحة المحلية في الجزائر ومتطلباتها الالكترونية، أسسها، وأهم احصائياتها ونشاطاتها. Abstract: The electronic information become the nerve of the tourism industry, because in this days the tourist before take a decision concerning his future destination he always browsing the Web to know more about the tourist places, the conditions, and the prices of flights, hotels, and public transportation. Add to that, the electronic information become an important source to get maps, phone numbers of police and tourism companies, and embassies…, which are a very important things for tourist. Add to that the electronic advertising and promotion became an important element in the contemporary tourism industry and especialy in the domestic tourism. That what make the transfer of the tourism industry to a new economic phase, based on information technology wich became known "e-tourism". and through the following paper we will identify the nature of domestic tourism in Algeria, requirements, bases, and his most important activities.
