فعالية توظيف إستراتيجية التدريس التعاوني الحديث باستخدام أسلوبي المنافسة والتضميني في تنمية بعض القدرات النفس حركية لدى أطفال التعليم الابتدائي ( 8-10 ) سنة

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت إلى التعرف على فعالية التدريس التعاوني باستخدام أسلوبي المنافسة والتضميني في تنمية بعض القدرات 10 ) سنة، حيث بلغ حجم العينة 40 تلميذا وعينة من أساتذة التربية البدنية - النفس حركية لدى أطفال التعليم الابتدائي ( 8 والمقدر عددهم 250 أستاذ بالتعليم الابتدائي، ومن الأدوات المستخدمة في البحث: استمارة استبيان- اختبارات القدرات الحركية- الأساليب الإحصائية، وكان أهم استنتاج هو افتقار الأساتذة لأهم المهارات التدريسية الحديثة (الخبرات التدريسية) التي قد تعطي للتدريس طابع الفاعلية، ، لذا يوصي الباحثان باقتراح تصميم فكرة إستراتيجية التدريس التعاوني في مجال العمل التربوي، وإعطاء المعلمين المزيد من آلية التدريب لهذا الأسلوب في قيادة الصف الدراسي Abstract: The effective application of collaborative teaching strategy in terms of the styles of competition and inclusion for the development of capabilities of self mobility with children of primary school (8-10 years). The sample size was 40 students from the original groups spread over two standard and other experimental sample of interviewees represented in the Teachers of Physical Education and Sports whose overall number is 250 teacher. In this study a number of tools were used to collect data. These tools were such as questionnaire, tests of motor abilities, statistical methods. As a result, the most important conclusion is the lack of skilled teachers in the use of effective teaching strategies. The lacks of skilled teachers were due to the ignorance of the recent cooperative teaching strategies as well as to the modern teaching strategies too. As a consequence, the researchers suggested designing the idea of Cooperative teaching strategy in the field of educational system and train teachers for this style in the leadership of the classroom and the need to focus on methods of physical education in the primary school. In summary, this proposal is formulated to develop the rest of the creative skills and other school aims.
