Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية التمويل الأصغر الإسلامي كاستراتيجية مستحدثة لتمويل المشاريع المصغرة للأفراد في الجزائر، إذ تعتبر مشكلة التمويل إحدى أكبر العقبات التي تواجه أصحاب المؤسسات المصغرة، هذا وأصبح ينظر للتمويل الأصغر الإسلامي بشكل متزايد باعتباره مكونا من مكونات نظام الشمول المالي يتألف من عدة أطراف فاعلة تشترك في هدف واحد يتمثل في تقديم خدمات مالية عالية الجودة إلى الأشخاص ذوي الدخل الضعيف، والجزائر من الدول التي كانت لها تجربة من أجل تنمية وتطوير المؤسسات المصغرة وقد تم تناول هذه التجربة من خلال دراسة حالة الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر في الجزائر نظرا لكون الهدف الأساسي لهذا الجهاز أنه يستهدف أصحاب المشاريع المصغرة. The study aims to highlight the importance of Islamic microfinance as a new strategy for financing micro-projects for individuals in Algeria, as the financing problem is one of the biggest obstacles facing the owners of micro-enterprises, Islamic microfinance is increasingly considered as a component of a financial inclusion system consisting of multiple actors sharing one goal of providing high-quality financial services to people with low incomes. Algeria is one of the countries that had experience in developing micro-enterprises. This experience was addressed through a study about the case of the National Agency for the Management of Microcredit in Algeria, since the main objective of this body is that it targets the owners of micro-enterprises.
