(سعر الصرف وأثره على التبادل التجاري للجزائر خلال الفترة 1999-2020: رؤية تحليلية)

Résumé: ملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة دراسة أثر سعر صرف على إجمالي الصادرات والواردات في الجزائر خلال الفترة من 1999 إلى2020، في ظل تدهور ملحوظ لقيمة الدينار مقابل الدولار الأمريكي خلال فترة الدراسة، وسيطرة قطاع المحروقات على قطاع التصدير. كذا قدمنا مفاهيم نظرية للموضوع قبل الانتقال للدراسة تحليلية للمعطيات الخاصة بالحالة الجزائرية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ذات أثر إيجابي ضعيف بين سعر صرف (الدينار/الدولار الأمريكي) وحجم الصادرات وكذا بالنسبة الواردات. Abstract: This study aims to treat the topic of the effect of the exchange rate on the general size of imports and exports in Algeria from 1990 to 2020, in order to know the reasons behind the decrease of the dinar and the extent to which it impacts on the elements of the Trade balance (exports and imports). We have also introduced a supported analytical framework. The study has found that there is a relationship with a weak positive effect between the exchange rate (dinar/dollar) and the size of exports and the volume for the imports.
