هـاجس إقصـــــاء الآخــــــــــر في خطاب الكراهية ومخاطره على قيم التعايش والسلم في المجتمع الدولي

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى تناول إشكالية هاجس إقصاء الآخر في خطاب الكراهية، والعمل على تدميره وإزالته بشتى الأساليب خاصة في ظل الاستخدامات اللا محدودة للمنصات الاجتماعية. ومن النتائـج المتوصل إليها أن خطاب الكراهية يساهم في شرخ العلاقة بين الذات والآخـر وتكريس ثقافة إقصائه، وعليه فإرساء ثقافة التعايش السلمي واللغة الحوارية مـن الآليات الحضارية التي يمكنها التخفيف منهما، ولكن هناك معيقات متعددة تقف في طريقها. This research paper aims to address the problem of obsession with excluding the other in hate speech, as well as seeking to destroy and remove it in various ways, especially in light of the unlimited uses of social platforms One of the results reached is that hate speech is one of the intractable social diseases that has become a threat to the security of the international community. It contributes to the rupture of the relationship between the self and the other and perpetuates a culture of exclusion; difference is a fundamental focus in which feelings of hatred and malice grow. Therefore, establishing a culture of peaceful coexistence and interactive languageis one of the civilized mechanisms that can mitigate it, but there are multiple obstacles standing in its way
