دور وزارة التضامن الوطني والأسرة وقضايا المرأة بين الفعالية والمحدودية في حماية الأسرة

Résumé: تبنت الدولة استراتيجيات متعددة لحماية الأسرة، أبرزها عناصر السياسة الوطنية التي رسطرتها وزارة التضامن الوطني والأسرة وقضايا المرأة في مجال التضامن الوطني والأسرة وقضايا المرأة، في نطاق السياسة الاجتماعية من خلال المرسوم التنفيذي 13-135 المتضمن تنظيم الإدارة المركزية لوزارة التضامن الوطني الأسرة وقضايا المرأة، بتبني نظام المديريات والمديريات الفرعية المتعلقة بالأسرة وقضايا المرأة والتلاحم الاجتماعي، في محاولة لعلاج ظاهرة المساس بالأسرة من خلال احتوائها ضمن منظومة تنظيمية لسن قواعد إجرائية خاصة بها، تُعرّف بنتائجها وتضمن كفالتها دون النظر في الحد من الظاهرة،إلا أن ذلك لم يرق للحماية اللازمة والضرورية لتفادي التأثيرات السلبية التي طالتها بالنظر للأرقام المهولة لنسب الطلاق والتفكك الأسري والتحرش الجنسي والانحلال الخلقي وكافة المخاطر التي تهدد الطفولة. Abstract: The State has adopted multiple strategies for the protection of the family, the most important of which are the elements of the national policy drawn up by the Ministry of National Solidarity, the Family and the Status of Women in the field of national solidarity, of the family and the status of women, within the framework of the scope of social policy through Executive Decree 13-135 which includes the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of National Solidarity, Family and status of women, by adopting the system of directorates and sub-directorates linked to the family, the status of women and social cohesion, in an attempt to deal with the phenomenon of family prejudices by enclosing it in a system of organization for enact procedural rules of its own, defining its results and guaranteeing their guarantee without considering limiting the phenomenon, but this did not amount to the necessary and necessary protection to avoid the effects The negativity that affected him, given the huge numbers of divorce rates, the disintegration of families, sexual harassment, moral decay and all the risks that threaten childhood
