التكوين المهني وتلبية الاحتياجات الوظيفية لسوق العمل في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة أداء قطاع التكوين المهني ومساهمته في تلبية الاحتياجات الوظيفية بما يتطلبه سوق العمل في الجزائر، وذلك من خلال معايير ومؤشرات تحسين الوصول للتكوين المهني، توسيع عروض التكوين، آليات التوجيه، والأداء الداخلي لهذا النظام، بالإضافة إلى تحليل واقع خريجي التكوين المهني في سوق العمل ومدى قابليتهم للتشغيل.خلصت الدراسة إلى ان هناك تحديين رئيسيين يواجههما اليوم هذا القطاع، يتمثل الأول في تعزيز جاذبية التكوين والتعليم المهنيين ودمجهما كمسار واعد في النظام التعليمي الوطني، أما التحدي الثاني فيتمثل في تعزيز التعاون بين معاهد التكوين والتعليم المهنيين والصناعات بما يتماشى مع متطلبات التنمية المحلية. Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to explore the performane of the professional training and its contribution to respond to the professional needs of labor market in Algeria. The study concluded that there are two main challenges facing this sector, the first is to enhance the attractivness of professional training and learning and to integrate them as a promising path in the education system, the second challenge is to strengthen cooperation between professional training and learning institutes and industries in line with local development requirement . keyword: professional training; labor market; unemployment;
