الآليات التعاهدية لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة

Résumé: إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو الوقوف على الآليات التعاهدية لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة العابرة للحدود، إذ تقوم الأمم المتحدة بالدور الرئيسي في مكافحة الإجرام المنظم في جميع مظاهره، وهي أول هيئة دولية اهتمت بظاهرة الجريمة المنظمة العابرة للحدود، من خلال اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية لعام 2003، والبروتوكولات المكملة لها، والاتفاقيات الدولية المتخصصة والمتعلقة باتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الاتجار غير المشروع بالمحذرات والمؤثرات العقلية لعام 2008، وكذا الاتفاقية الدولية لمكافحة الفساد لعام 2003. Abstract: This paper aims to study the conventional mechanisms against transnational organized crime where the United Nations plays the central role in fighting organized crime in its all forms. The United Nations is the first international organization cared about the transnational organized crime through the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime in 2003 and the protocols thereto. In addition to the specialized international conventions like the United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances in 2008 and the international convention against corruption in 2003.
