تقدير الثبات والصدق وفق نموذج راش لاختبار المصفوفات المتتابعة المتقدم لرافن على الإطارات الجزائرية
Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدّراسة إلى تقدير الثبات والصدق وفق نموذج راش لاختبار المصفوفات المتتابعة المتقدم لرافن، تكون الاختبار من(48)مفردة،وتمّ تطبيق الاختبار على عينة الإطارات والتي تمثلت في (94 فرداً) بمؤسسة سوناطراك LQS. تمّ التأكد من شروط صدق وثبات الاختبار باستخدام النظرية الحديثة وفق نموذج راش، بالاعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائيWinsteps.. أظهرت نتائج الاختبار توفر شرط أحادية البعد، وأن فقرات المقياس تتوفر على مطابقة مناسبة مع نموذج راش، ومستوى الثبات/ الفصل جيد. وأظهر تحليل خريطة رايت على توفر المقياس على مستوى مقبول من الصدق. Abstract : The study aimed to estimate the reliability and validity according to the Rasch model of the advanced raven PMA. The test contains 48 items. The sample consists of 94 high level employees in Sonatrach. Test reliability and validity was assessed using Rasch model and Winsteps. Results showed that the assumption of uni-dimensionality was satisfied, and the items score fit well the Rasch model. The reliability/ separation index was acceptable. And the analysis of Wright map indicates that the test possesses a fair level of validity.
