دور الجمعيات الخيرية في تفعيل العمل التطوعي
Résumé: لقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الجمعيات الخيرية في تفعيل العمل التطوعي ممثلة في جمعية كافل اليتيم الخيرية كنموذج على المستوى المحلي . وقد أجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة قصدية قوامها 110 متطوعا بجمعية كافل اليتيم الخيرية الفرع الولائي لولاية أدرار ،ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الملائم لطبيعة هذه الدراسة ،معتمدين في جمع بيانات هذه الدراسة على كل من الملاحظة والاستبيان والمقابلة . وعليه فقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى ما يلي : -تعمل الجمعيات الخيرية من خلال دورها الخدماتي على تفعيل العمل التطوعي . -تعمل جمعية كافل اليتيم الخيرية من خلال دورها التثقيفي على تفعيل العمل التطوعي. - يواجه العمل التطوعي على المستوى المحلي تحديات عدة تسعى الجمعيات الخيرية الى تجاوزها . The aim of this study is highlight the role of charities in promoting the volunteering commissions at the local level.The study is carrird out on a target sample of 110 volunteering descriptive approach in dealing with the subject aswell as tools of observation , interview and questionnaire . This study concluded that : - Charitable organizatios ,through their role of services,activate volunteerism at the local level . - Charitable organizatios , through their educational role to activate volunteer work at the local level . - Charitable organizatios at the local level face several challenges in activating volunteer work and seeking to overcome it.
