دور البيئة المحاسبية في تحسين أداء النظام المحاسبي المالي

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور البيئة المحاسبية في تحسين أداء النظام المحاسبي المالي، حيث إعتمدنا على دراسة إستبيانية لعينة من المهنيين في المجال المحاسبي لأجل معرفة دور البيئة المحاسبية والعوامل المؤثرة فيها ودورهم في تحسن النظام المحاسبي المالي، وتوصلت الدراسة النظرية إلى أن الدولة الجزائرية قد بذلت جهودا متكاملة لإصلاح وتأهيل كل عناصر البيئة المحاسبية والمالية، وخلصت الدراسة التطبيقية إلى أن نه بالرغم من الإصلاحات التي أجرتها الجزائر على مختلف مكونات البيئة المحاسبية الجزائرية لا تزال دون المستوى المطلوب، وهذا راجع إلى النقائص والمعوقات التي تحد من فعالية أداء النظام المحاسبي المالي في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية."This study aimed to know the role of the computer environment in improving the performance of the financial accounting system, where we adopted a questionnaire study for a sample of professionals in the computer generation in order to know the role of the computer environment and the factors affecting it and their role in improving the financial accounting system, and the theoretical study concluded that the Algerian state has It made integrated efforts to reform and rehabilitate all elements of the accounting and financial environment, and the applied study concluded that despite the reforms undertaken by Algeria on the various components of the Algerian accounting environment, it is still below the required level, and this is due to the shortcomings and obstacles that limit the effectiveness of the performance of the financial accounting system in Algerian economic institutions.
