Evaluation Du Potentiel Fongicide Des Extraits Aqueux De Huit Espèces Végétales Issues De La Végétation Du Sahara Septentrional Contre Le Fusarium Sp
Résumé: Our work focuses on the in vitro study of the anti-fungal effect of aqueous extracts from plants of eight spontaneous Saharan medicinal species collected in three regions (Ghardaïa, Metlili, and Route Ghardaïa Al-Mansoura). Artemesia herba-alba, Euphorbia retusa, Colocynthis vulgaris, Pituranthos chloranthus, Pulicaria crispa, Ononis angustissima, Oudneya africana. The aqueous extract extraction from the powder of eight plants was carried out by the maceration method under controlled conditions. The results showed that Oudneya africana and Pituranthos chloranthus effectively inhibited the mycelial growth of Fusarium sp. (Inhibition rate> 100%), compared to other extracts which show a good
