Résumé: The study aimed to analyze the effects of some factors on the performance of human resources level in the economic companies "Sonatrach Hassi Messaoud" as a case study, through analyzing these factors, and the reality of the level of performance, Then determining the extent of the impact of these factors) individual factors, and organizational factors) on the performance level, the study relied in its practical parte on the questionnaire as a tool , the sample population is 312 employees. In order to validate the hypotheses, the data was analyzed by using the SPSS and AMOS ,We concluded the following: First: the employees were positive toward their jobs, and tend to prefer stability; They acquire the skills that enable them to do their jobs very well. in the other hand, they are motived And they realize of Role of their Job. Second: they are not satisfied , because the leadership style does not involve them in Fourth: in a medium degree,There is an effect of the individual factors on the human resources performance level. There is also a link of a mean influence between the organizational factors and the level of human Resources performance. Generally we can classify them as follow leadership, then abilities, realization of the functional role, and finally the administrative contact Are the determining factors for the performance of human resource in the organization. The study recommended the following: taking care of the organization environment of the company which will help devemoping the performanceby rebuilding flexible organizational structures . Encouraging employer in giving hand in decision making. Enhancing the performance through permanent incentives . Linking the training with the content of the job in a way that combines all its levels.not consider all the employees in the different department. Reward and wages do not fit the scientific qualification and living requirement. Third: The employee’s performance level is good because they have strong possibility of progress despite the deficiencies in the performance rate. Fourth: in a medium degree, There is an effect of the individual factors on the human resources performance level. There is also a link of a mean influence between the organizational factors and the level of human Resources performance.
