التأصيل النظري لزكاة الشركات

Résumé: حاولنا من خلال هذه الورقة تقديم مفهوم زكاة الشركات، وذلك بالوقوف على مقاصد الشّريعة الإسلامية من تشريع الزكاة من جهة، ومضامين للزكاة من جهة أخرى، وتحديد الوعاء زكاة الشركات الأموال، بحيث أوصت المداخلة بوجوب إعادة النظر في إبراز الوظائف الأساسية للزكاة كونّها لا تقتصر على تحقيق التّكافل الاجتماعي فقط، بل تتعدى ذلك لما لها من أثر في التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية. Abstract: Through this intervention ,i tries to limit the concept of zakat companies by examining the purposes of islamic law in determining the most important purpose, and the contents of zakat on the one hand, and identifying the bowl of corporate zakat funds on the other hand, and the necessity of reconsidering the highlighting of the basic function of zakat as it is not limited to achiev in social solidarity rather, the idea went beyond all aspects because of its impact on social and economic development Key words : zakat -zakat on companies -zakat bowl.
