الضغوط المهنية وعلاقتها بالدافعية للانجاز لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني

Résumé: ملخص الدرا سة: هدفت الدرارسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الضغوط المهنية و علاقتها بالدافعية للانجاز لدى مستشاري التوجيه المدرسي و المهني بمرا كز التوجيه المدرسي والمهني بحملاط و ذرا ع الميزا ن في ولاية تيزي وزو و ذلك عينة قوامها 90 مستشار ومستشارة تم اختيارها بطريقة قصدية، و تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة درا ستنا الحالية التي نحاول من خلالها التعرف على مستوى الضغوط المهنية و الدافعية الانجاز لدى مستشاري التوجيه المدرسي والمهني. بم ا ركز التوجيه المدرسي والمهني حيث طبقنا مقياسين أخذا من مذكرة ماستر 2017 للباحث الشيخ أولاد هدار . مقياس للضغوط المهنية. - مقياس الدافعية للانجاز. - وقد انطلقنا في هذه الدرا سة من خلال صياغة الفرضيات التالية: - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات الضغوط المهنية و درجات الدافعية للانجاز لدى مستشاري التوجيه المدرسي والمهني. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات الضغوط المهنية لدى مستشاري التوجيه المدرسي والمهني تبعا لمتغير الجنس. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات الدافعية الانجاز لدى مستشاري التوجيه المدرسي والمهني تبعا لمتغير الجنس. و للوصول إلى نتائج الدرا سة قمنا بالمعاجة الإحصائية بالاعتماد على SPSS الحزمة 23 و تم استخدام مجموعة من التقنيات الإحصائية المتمثلة في: معامل ارتباط برسون لدرا سة العلاقة بين المتغيرين. - - اختبار ) T ( لقياس دلالة الفروق بين الجنسين. وفي الأخير توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات الضغوط المهنية و درجات الدافعية الانجاز لدى مستشاري التوجيه المدرسي والمهني. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات الضغوط المهنية لدى مستشاري التوجيه المدرسي والمهني تبعا لمتغير الجنس. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات الدافعية للانجاز لدى مستشاري التوجيه المدرسي والمهني تبعا لمتغير الجنس. Study summary: The present study aimed to uncover the professional pressures and their relationship to the motivation for achievement of school and vocational guidance counselors in the school and vocational guidance centers in Hamlat and the scale arm in the state of Tizi Ouzou. And this is through the study of the gender variable on a sample of 90 counselors and counselors chosen in an intentional way, and that is based on the descriptive and analytical method for its suitability to the nature of our current study, through which we try to identify the level of professional pressures and the motivation of achievement of school and vocational guidance counselors. School guidance centers and professions Where we applied two measures taken from the Master Note 2017 A measure of occupational stress developed by Matatata Musa 2010, and a measure of motivation for achievement developed by Abd al-Rahman al-Azraq 2010. We set out on this study by formulating the following hypotheses: There is a statistically significant relationship between the degrees of occupational stress and the degrees of motivation for achievement of school and vocational guidance counselors. There are statistically significant differences in the degrees of occupational stress among school and vocational guidance counselors according to the gender variable. There are statistically significant differences in the achievement scores of the school and vocational guidance counselors, depending on the gender variable. And to reach the results of the study, we did a statistical treatment based on SPSS Package 23, where we used a set of statistical techniques represented in: - Pearson correlation coefficient to study the relationship between the two variables. - (T) test to measure the significance of gender differences. Finally, we reached the following results: There is a statistically significant relationship between the degrees of occupational stress and the degrees of achievement motivation of school and vocational guidance counselors. There were no statistically significant differences in the degrees of occupational stress among school and vocational guidance counselors according to the gender variable. There were no statistically significant differences in the motivation scores of the school and vocational guidance counselors according to the gender variable.
