واقع التحول الرقمي في قطاع التعليم العالي بالجزائر-دراسة حالة برمجية تسيير البحث والتعليم العالي Progres

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إظهار واقع التحول الرقمي في قطاع التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، من خلال دراسة حالة تطبيق برمجية تسيير البحث والتعليم العالي PROGRES، حيث تطرقنا في هذه الدراسة إلى مفهوم التحول الرقمي، خطوات التحول الرقمي، مؤسسات التعليم العالي إضافة إلى واقع وعوائق التحول الرقمي في قطاع التعليم العالي بالجزائر وتم تسليط الضوء تطبيق بروغرس، الذي يهتم بالتسيير البيداغوجي والتسيير المالي والإداري والموارد البشرية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الرقمنة تساهم في تعزيز التواصل والتفاعل، حيث تتيح التكنولوجيا الرقمية فرصا جديدة للطلاب والأساتذة للتواصل والتفاعل عبر المنصات الرقمية، كما تساعد التقنيات الحديثة في تحفيز الابداع والابتكار ليتمكن الطلاب والأساتذة من استخدام الأدوات الرقمية لتطوير مشاريع تعليمية. This research paper aims to show the reality of digital transformation in the higher education and scientific research sector, through a case study of the application of the research and higher education management software PROGRES. In this study, we touched on the concept of digital transformation, the steps of digital transformation, higher education institutions, in addition to the reality and obstacles of transformation. Digitalization in the higher education sector in Algeria. The Progress application was highlighted, which is concerned with pedagogical management, financial and administrative management, and human resources. The study concluded that digitization contributes to enhancing communication and interaction, as digital technology provides new opportunities for students and professors to communicate and interact via digital platforms, and also helps Modern technologies stimulate creativity and innovation so that students and professors can use digital tools to develop educational projects
