تأثير المؤسسات الناشئة في مجال التكنولوجيا المالية على البنوك العمومية بالجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لتحليل تأثير المؤسسات الناشئة في مجال التكنولوجيا المالية على البنوك العمومية بالجزائر، حيث خلصت إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها أن توجه المؤسسات الناشئة نحو مجال التكنولوجيا المالية يؤثر ويتأثر بدرجة تطور النظام البنكي وقدرته التنافسية، فقدرة هذه المؤسسات على تقديم خدمات مالية أعلى قيمة وذات كفاءة عالية، سيدفع بالبنوك إلى تغيير نماذج أعمالها بالتوسع في اعتماد التكنولوجيا. من أهم توصيات الدراسة ضرورة توافر إطار تشريعي وتنظيمي يسهل تجسيد التعاون بين البنوك الجزائرية والمؤسسات الناشئة في مجال التكنولوجيا المالية لتقديم خدمات مالية أكثر كفاءة تتناسب مع رغبات الزبائن، ويمكّن من الحد من المخاطر المحتملة، ويعمل على جذب وتحفيز المستثمرين؛ أفرادا ومؤسسات وطنية وأجنبية للاستثمار في المؤسسات الناشئة في مجال التكنولوجيا المالية. Abstract :This study aims to analyze the impact of start-ups in FinTech on Algerian public banks. This study have concluded a set of results, the most important of which are that the start-up company be redirected towards the Fintech area, in away that it impacts and is impacted by the degree of the bank system development, and its competitive ability. The ability of these institutions to offer financial services are higher and more competent, which will eventually lead banks to changing their working model, by expanding and relying on technology. Among the most important study recommendations, are the necessity of making available a legal and organizational framework that facilitates cooperation between Algerian banks and FinTech startups, in order to provide competent financial services that align with the clients’ desires. Moreover, it would limit the potential risks, and work on attracting and motivating investors, individuals, national and international investment companies to invest in Fintech startups.
