إيضاحات حول معوقات المؤسسات الناشئة الجزائرية
Résumé: ملخص: حظيت المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر بإهتمام بالغ خلال السنوات الثلاثة الأخيرة باعتبارها الركيزة الأساسية في النموذج الاقتصادي الجديد للدولة، وبالرغم من الإجراءات القانونية والتنظيمية المطبقة في هذا المجال إلا أن هذه المؤسسات تصطدم بالعديد من المعوقات التي من شأنها أن تؤثر سلبا عليها وعلى الاقتصاد الجزائري، لذا تأتي هذه الدراسة للبحث في طبيعة المعوقات التي تقف في وجه المؤسسات الناشئة الجزائرية، وصولا إلى تقديم واقتراح الحلول المناسبة التي من شأنها أن تسمح لهذه المؤسسات بمواجهة مختلف المعوقات وبلوغ التطلعات المنتظرة منها. Abstract: Algerian startups have witnessed great interest during the last three years as a pillar of the new economic model. Despite the regulatory measures applied, these enterprises are facing challenges negatively affect on Algerian economy. This study comes to examine the challenges of the Algerian startups, and to propose solutions that allow these enterprises to overcome challenges and achieve aspirations.
