مُستويات التفاعل مع التغطية الإعلامية لقضاياَ الإرهاب في القنوات الإخبارية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي "دراسة تحليله مُقارنة بين صفحتي قناة Bbc Arabic"، وقناة "france24 Arabic

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مُستويات التفاعل مع التغطية الإعلامية لقضاياَ الإرهاب في القنوات الإخبارية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب تحليل المضمون، وتم جمع البيانات عن طريق صحيفة تحليل مضمُون طبقت لتحليل مضمون التغطية الإعلامية لاعتداءات "باريس، نيس، ستراسبورغ" بصفحتي قناة "BBC Arabic"، وقناة "France24 Arabic"، واعتمدت الدراسة في جمع البيانات على أداة تحليل المضمون، وتوصلت إلى: وجود فروق غير دالة إحصائية بين صفحتي قناة "BBC Arabic"، وقناة "France24 Arabic" في أشكال التفاعل مع اعتداءات "باريس"، حيث تم استخدام مُربع كاي للتحقق من صحة الفرض، وقد بلغت نسبة التكرارات المُشاهدة لأشكال التفاعل (1688، 1638) مع الترتيب لكل من صفحتي قناة "BBC Arabic"، وقناة "France24 Arabic"، وجاءت القيمة (0.74**)، وهي غير دالة عند مُستوي (0.01)، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائية بين صفحتي قناة "BBC Arabic"، وقناة "France24 Arabic" في أشكال التفاعل مع اعتداءات "نيس" وفي اتجاه صفحة قناة "France24 Arabic"، حيث تم استخدام مُربع كاي للتحقق من صحة الفرض، وقد بلغت نسبة التكرارات المُشاهدة لأشكال التفاعل (1666، 1789) مع الترتيب لكل من صفحتي قناة "BBC Arabic"، وقناة "France24 Arabic"، وجاءت القيمة (4.36**)، وهي دالة عند مُستوي (0.01)، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائية بين صفحتي قناة "BBC Arabic"، وقناة "France24 Arabic" في أشكال التفاعل مع اعتداءات "ستراسبورغ" وفي اتجاه صفحة قناة "BBC Arabic"، حيث تم استخدام مُربع كاي للتحقق من صحة الفرض، وقد بلغت نسبة التكرارات المُشاهدة لأشكال التفاعل (1681، 1325)، مع الترتيب لكل من بصفحتي قناة "BBC Arabic"، وقناة "France24 Arabic"، وجاءت القيمة (42.16**)، وهي دالة عند مُستوي (0.01). Abstract: The study aimed at identifying the levels of interaction with media coverage of terrorism issues in social media news channels. The study used the descriptive method of content analysis method.
