التكاليف الاجتماعية للظاهرة الإجرامية وانعكاساتها على الأمن الاجتماعي

Résumé: تعتبر الظاهرة الإجرامية من الظواهر الخطيرة على حياة الأفراد والمجتمعات لما لها من تكاليف اجتماعية باهظة وانعكاسات سلبية على الاستقرار المجتمعي، وقد احتلت في الآونة الأخيرة مركز اهتمام الدول والحكومات بهدف تحجيم انتشارها وإيجاد الحلول والبدائل الاستراتيجية للحفاظ على السلم والأمن الاجتماعيين والتصدي للاختلالات التي تقوض أركان المجتمع وتضعف من قدراته، ومن هذا المنطلق نتساءل عن أسباب الظواهر الإجرامية و أبعادها على الأمن الاجتماعي وهل للظواهر الإجرامية تبعات خطيرة على الأمن الاجتماعي وما هي حدود تأثيرها عليه بكل أبعاده ؟ وما هي تكاليفها خصوصا في الجانب الاجتماعي ؟ وأخيرا ما هي أنجع وسائل الوقاية والحماية لتقليل من تكاليف هذه الظواهر الإجرامية ؟ Abstract: The criminal phenomenon is a serious phenomenon in the lives of individuals and societies because of its high social costs and negative repercussions on social stability. Recently, it has occupied the attention of states and governments in order to limit their spread and find solutions and strategic alternatives to maintain social peace and security and to address imbalances that undermine society and weaken Of his abilities, and in this sense we ask about the causes of criminal phenomena and their dimensions on social security and whether criminal phenomena have serious consequences for social security and what are the limits of impact on it in all its dimensions? What are their costs, especially on the social side?
