الفعالية الذاتية لدى الأخصائي النفسي المدرسي ودورها في العملية الارشادية

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور الفعالية الذاتية لدى الأخصائي النفسي المدرسي على أداء العملية الإرشادية، وذلك باعتبار أن فعالية الذات تأثر في السلوك وفي الدافعية والأداء. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإحساس المرتفع بفعالية الذات لدى الأخصائي النفسي المدرسي يمكن أن يسهم بصورة قوية في رفع مستوى دافعيتهم للإنجاز وأداء الأنشطة والمهام الإرشادية بأكمل وجه، وهذه النتيجة تعكس ما يحمله الأخصائي النفسي المدرسي من قناعات ايجابية في السعي نحو الكفاءة في تأدية العملية الإرشادية التي توكل إليهم، والرغبة المستمرة في الانجاز. كما توصلت هذه الدراسة أيضا إلى أن أثر الفعالية الذاتية لدى الأخصائي النفسي المدرسي على أداء العملية الإرشادية يعود إلى ما يتعلق بـالخبرات البديلة وهي خبرات غير مباشرة يحصل عليها الأخصائي النفسي المدرسي بالتعلم عن طريق النمذجة، أي بالنموذج وملاحظة نماذج تماثله في القدرات من أقرانه الأخصائيين الأكثر منه خبرة في ميدان الإرشاد المدرسي، وهذه الملاحظة تكسبه سلوكيات وطرق مختلفة في كيفية تقديم العملية الإرشادية للتلاميذ.Abstract: The objective of this study is to identify the role of self-efficacy of the school psychologist in the performance of the counseling process, as the self-efficacy is affected by the behavior, motivation and performance. Based on a descriptive analytical approach. The study found that the high sense of self-efficacy of the school psychologist can contribute significantly to raise their motivation for achievement and the performance of activities and the tasks of extension fully, and this result reflects the positive psychological school psychologist in the pursuit of efficiency in the performance of the guidance process that Entrusted to them, and the continuing desire for achievement. The study also found that the effect of the self-efficacy of the school psychologist on the performance of the extension process is related to alternative experiences, which are indirect experiences that the school psychologist receives by learning through modeling, ie by model and observing patterns of similarity in abilities from his more professional peers Experience in the field of school guidance, and this observation earns different behaviors and ways in how to provide the process of guidance for students.
