أثر إدارة المعرفة على أبعاد التميز التنظيمي في المؤسسة الإقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسة السلام إلكترونيكس Star Light – تبسة –

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر إدارة المعرفة على أبعاد التميز التنظيمي في مؤسسة السلام ألكترونيكس، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إستخدام الإستبيان كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات التي تم تحليلها بالإعتماد علي الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS)، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود علاقة تأثير ذات دلالة إحصائية لإدارة المعرفة على أبعاد التميز التنظيمي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، مع عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات أفراد العينة حول موضوع الدراسة تعزى إلى الإختلاف في متغيرات الشخصية والمهنية، كما قدمت الدراسة في ضوء النتائج المتوصل إليها مجموعة من التوصيات المتعلقة بهذا الموضوع. الكلمات المفتاحية: إدارة المعرفة، التميز التنظيمي، المعرفة. This study as aims to identify the impact of knowledge management on the achievement of the organizational excellence in the Essalam Electronics enterprise. The questionnaire was used as a main tool in the collection of data that was analyzed using the SPSS, In order to achieve the objectives of the study. The study has a number of results, the most important of which, is the existence of a statistically significant influence (impact relationship) of knowledge management on the achievement of the organizational excellence in the enterprise under study, with haven't statistically significant differences between the responses due by differences in personal and professional variables.
