تحليل البيانات الضخمة باستخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مهنة التدقيق دراسة حالة شركة Price Waterhouse Coopers

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز كيفية تحليل البيانات الضخمة باستخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مهنة التدقيق، وهذا بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومنهج دراسة حالة بتحليل بيانات شركة "pwc" والتقارير الصادرة عنها لتوضيح كيفية استخدامها أحدث التقنيات التكنولوجية في ممارسة مهنة التدقيق، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه يتم تحليل البيانات الضخمة في مهنة التدقيق باستخدام تقنيات وبرامج وتطبيقات ذكية تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي وفروعه مثل تطبيق GL.ai، برنامج Cash.ai، منصة Halo، Aura، وConnect، والتي تقوم بجمع البيانات الضخمة ومعالجتها وتحليلها في الوقت الفعلي لتحديد الانحرافات والقيم المتطرفة والتي ترمز لوجود الأخطاء، المخاطر، الاحتيال، والمعاملات غير قانونية، بعدها يقوم فريق التدقيق بتأكيد أو نفي النتيجة، ثم يتم تعليم القرار للآلة حتى تستجيب لعلاقات مماثلة في المستقبل هذا من شأنه أن يجعل عمليات التدقيق سريعة ودقيقة، أكثر كفاءة وذكاء، وأقل تكلفة ووقوعا في الخطأ، إلى جانب اتخاذ قررات أفضل. Abstract : The aim of this study is to highlight how Big Data are analysed using Artificial Intelligence Techniques in the Auditing Profession, drawing on the analytical descriptive approach and case study methodology by analysing pwc's data and reports to explain how it uses the latest technology to practice the Auditing Profession, The results of the study showed that Big Data is analyzed in the Auditing Profession using AI-based smart technologies, such as GL.ai application, Cash.ai program, Halo platform, Aura and Connect, which collect, process and analyze Big Data in real time. To identify outliers that symbolize the presence of errors, risks, and illegal transactions, then the audit team confirms or denies the result, then teaches the decision to the machine until it respond to similar relationships in the future This would make the audits fast and accurate, more efficient and smart, less costly and error-prone, as well as making better decisions.
