Résumé: ملخص: حاول نص المقال مناقشة الدور الذي تلعبه الإذاعة كوسيلة من وسائل الإعلام في المساهم في التوعية المرورية من مخاطر حوادث المرور نظرا للخصائص التي تتمتع بها الإذاعة، فمن قدرتها على تخطي الحاجز المكاني إلى قدرتها على مخاطبة كافة الشرائح في المجتمع إلى غيرها من الخصائص التي تمنحها الفرصة في أن تحتل المرتبة الأولى مقارنة لغيرها من الوسائل الإعلامية ومن بين أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها تأكيد مقولة الباحث الأمريكي في الاتصال'' مارشال ماكلوهان'' أن الإذاعة وسيلة ساخنة تؤثر بدرجة كبيرة على الجمهور و المستمعين وبالتالي فهي وسيلة إعلامية ذات دور فعال في التوعية من حوادث المرور. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإعلام الإذاعي؛ وسائل الإعلام؛ التوعية المرورية؛ حوادث المرور؛ استراتيجيات وخصائص الإذاعة. Abstract : The text of the article attempted to discuss the role played by radio as a means of media information in contributing to traffic awareness of the dangers of traffic accidents, given the characteristics of the radio.
