الكتابة الرسمية عند الموحدين في الغرب الاسلامي 541 - 668 ه / 1269-1146 م أنواعها، مراسيمها، وأهميتها التاريخية

Résumé: تتعدد الرسائل وتتنوع أغراضها حسب ما تحويه من موضوعات، فهناك الرسائل غير الرسمية، أو ما يسمى بالرسائل الإخوانية، ويكون هذا النوع متبادلا بين العلماء والأفراد بصفة عامة، وهناك الرسائل الرسمية؛ أو ما يصطلح عليه بالرسائل الديوانية، نسبة إلى ديوان الإنشاء والكتابة، وهذه الأخيرة تصدر إمّا عن السلطان والخليفة، أو عن الولاة والعمال، أو ترد إليهم، حيث تحتوي موضوعات عديدة تحمل في طياتها مادة تاريخية مهمة يمكن أن تفصح عن جوانب ذات أهمية بالغة لم تتناولها المصادر التاريخية الأساسية، ويضاف إلى الرسائل؛ كتابات رسمية أخرى تصدر عن السلطان، تتمثل في الظهائر والتوقيعات، وهذا النوع من الرسائل والكتابات هو المعني بالدراسة في هذا المقال. There are several letters and varied purposes according to the content of the subjects, there are letters that are not official; or the so-called letters of the Brotherhood. We find this kind of letters between scientists and individuals in general, however there are official letters; or what is termed Diwaniyah letters relative to the Office of Construction and Writing. This type of letters is issued either by the Sultan or Caliph, or govenors and workers. It also contains important historical features that reveal crucial historical facts that cannot be found elsewhere. Added to these letters, other official writings published by the Sultan, such as El dahair and signatures, and this kind of letters and writings is what we will deal with in the present study.
