إشكالية مساهمة الإطارات التنفيذيين في عملية التوظيف في المؤسسة الجزائرية الخاصة
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الإطارات التنفيذيين في عملية توظيف الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة الخاصة الجزائرية. ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك قام الباحثان بدراسة حالة مؤسسة رائدة من المؤسسات الخاصة الصناعية في الجزائر وهي مؤسسة كوندور، أين تم اختيار عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة المتمثل في الإطارات التنفيذيين في مؤسسة كوندور بولاية برج بوعريريج، وكانت أداة جمع البيانات هي المقابلة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإطارات التنفيذيين لا يتم إشراكهم فعليا في عملية التوظيف، حيث لا يساهمون في تخطيط الموارد البشرية ولا في توصيف الوظائف، كما لا يساهمون في اختيار وتعيين الموارد البشرية This study aims to understand the role of executive managers in the recruitment process of human resources in the Algerian private enterprise. To do this, the researchers conducted a case study of the Condor Foundation, where a random sample of executives was chosen, and the data collection tool was the interview, and the study concluded that the executive managers are not actually involved in the recruitment process, as they do not contribute to human resources planning or job descriptions, and also do not contribute to the selection and appointment of human resources .
