Résumé: The second-generation Arabic language curricula for middle schools have emphasized on the benefits of linguistics, and more precisely, applied linguistics, that serve the contemporary educational system, especially when it comes to text analysis, which is the subject of our study. Didactics aims to fix text analysis in learners’ minds by adopting special methods to teach the subject in order to achieve a text-based approach with attention to the external context. By way of explanation, linking the content to the context to achieve educational goals, and confirming the concept of the communicative language of teaching that was called for by contemporary linguistics.
