النظام المالي الإسلامي: قراءة مفاهيمية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على النظام المالي الإسلامي الذي عرف استخدامه انتشارا واسعا بعد الأزمة المالية العالمية، وتحديد مؤسساته وأهم صيغ التمويل فيها، مع إبراز ما يميزه عن النظام المالي الوضعي مع الإشارة إلى هذا الأخير من خلال تحديد مفهومه، أهدافه ووظائفه. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها قيام النظام المالي الإسلامي بنفس وظائف النظام المالي الوضعي ولكن في إطار مبادئ وتعاليم الشريعة الإسلامية، ويرتبط نجاح النظام المالي الإسلامي بتوفر البيئة المناسبة التي تضمن له العمل بكفاءة وفعالية، ما يجعل العديد من الدول تواجه معوقات لاستخدامه في ظل غياب تلك المتطلبات. This study aims to shed light on the Islamic financial system, which was widely used after the global financial crisis, and to identify its institutions and the most important forms of financing in them, highlighting what distinguishes it from the positive financial system with reference to the latter by defining its concept, objectives and functions. The study also reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the Islamic financial system performs the same functions as the positive financial system, but within the framework of the principles and teachings of Islamic Sharia.
