Résumé: لقد شهدت بيئة الاقتصاد العالمي خلال السنوات الأخيرة تغيرات جذرية، حيث تعتبر هذه التغيرات جزء من سياسة العولمة والتي أفرزت كما هائلا من التطبيقات شملت جميع القطاعات الاقتصادية، ويمكن اعتبار قطاع الخدمات المالية والمصرفية من أكثر القطاعات استفادة من هذه التغيرات الهائلة والمتسارعة حيث أصبح تطوير الخدمات المصرفية ومواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية المتلاحقة وتحقيق رغبات العملاء أحد أهم المداخل لزيادة وتطوير القدرة التنافسية للمصارف الإسلامية في ظل المتغيرات العالمية التي تعيشها الساحة المصرفية اليوم. Abstract: The global economic environment has undergone drastic changes in recent years. These changes are part of the globalization policy and have resulted in a huge number of applications covering all sectors of the economy. The financial and banking services sector can be considered one of the sectors benefiting from these huge and rapid changes. And keep abreast of technological developments and achieve the wishes of customers one of the most important approaches to increase and develop the competitiveness of Islamic banks in light of the global changes in the banking arena today.
