صناديق الثروة السيادية كآلية لتطوير التمويل الإسلامي - رؤية مستقبلية –

Résumé: تكتسي صناديق الثروة السيادية أهمية اقتصادية باعتبارها أوعية ادخارية حكومية مهمة ذات استراتيجية استثمارية طويلة المدى، ولها الدور الكبير في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والحفاظ على موارد المجتمع وتنميته في إطار التنمية المستدامة. لذا تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بحث عن إمكانية استفادة الصناعة المالية الإسلاميَّة من هذه الصناديق، وماذا يُمكن أن تُقدمه هذه الأخيرة للصناعة الماليَّة الإسلامية الناشئة، وللوصول إلى هذا الهدف يبدأ البحث بتوضيح الأدب الاقتصادي والمالي المتعلق بالموضوع، وكذا أهمّية الخدمات التي يُمكن أن تُقدمها الصناديق السيادية للصناعة الماليَّة الإسلاميَّة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة مقترحات تساهم في إمكانية الاستفادة من الصناديق السياديَّة بما يمكن أن يقدم دعما كبيرا للصناعة الماليَّة الإسلاميَّة. Sovereign wealth funds are of economic importance as an important savings vessels governmental long-term investment strategy, and have a great role in the economic and social development and the preservation of resources and development of society in the context of sustainable development. This study aims to examine the possibility of Islamic financial industry from these funds benefit, and what can be provided by the latter for Islamic financial industry emerging, and to reach this goal the search begins to explain the economic and financial literature on the topic, as well as the importance of the services which can be provided by sovereign funds for Islamic Financial industry . The study found several proposals contribute to the possibility of benefiting from including sovereign funds can provide significant support for Islamic financial industry.
